Theme-a-licious Roundup - May Memories

Time to give you an update on how 'May Memories' went.  At my last update I told you that I had finished the stitching on one of my Lauren Sauer (Forget Me Nots in Stitches) projects and that it had been replaced by the pre-stitching for my new class with Lauren in September, Glastonbury Garden.  I have completed all the basting required for this project and have moved on to start the stitching.  There's no photo yet as all I've done so far is to back stitch the outline of the case which doesn't make for a particularly interesting shot.

The other project I've been working on for the second part of the month is my oldest class wip.  I took the Juda Hale in Miniature class with Eileen Bennett back in 2005 (I mistakenly said 2004 on the last post) I have managed to finish another row on the eyelet alphabet.

I'm now past the halfway point on this one, as all it's over one on 35 count I'm not finding it an easy stitch.

Now my plans for 'Jumanji June' - Heather says "Is it a jungle out there in your stash? Give some love to the projects with animals or birds."

I'm going to have to keep stitching on Glastonbury Garden (there is bound to be some critters hiding in there somewhere even if I can't see them LOL!)  and I shall rotate this with Teresa Wentzler's 'Above the Clouds' and see how far I can get with my dragon.

Good on you for working on an old WIP. It's looking lovely too.

LOL!! You'll just have to add some critters in if you can't find any! That eyelet alphabet looks great.

It's really pretty, nice progress!
Lovely colours but I don't know how you cope with over one on 35 count, I take my hat off to you Karoline.

Oh, I love above the clouds. It's beautiful. Can't wait to see your progress. And good job with your May work as well. I noticed that the M and N are exactly alike!!! I had to look at the rest of the alphabet to figure them out, cause I'm a dork, lol. Great job, and good luck with your June theme!!
One over 35ct? Oh my. You are one brave lady:) Your sampler is looking so pretty, You've got to be feeling happy about this. Doesn't look like you have much more to stitch on the wip from class 2005. Great progress!

Wow! This is so lovely but it also looks very challenging.
Over one on 35ct not to mention the eyelet alphabet is quite an undertaking!

Beautiful stitching! I love the eyelet alphabet!
I've done very little over one stitching but enough to know that it's very slow going. I love what you're working on! Eyelet alphabets are always so pleasing to the eye.
