Mermaid Heart

As I mentioned last week I had finished the stitching on Just Nan's Mermaid's Heart Whimzi, I was able to spend some time doing the finishing this weekend so I can now share a picture.

Last week I got back to stitching on Dorothy Walpole.  Since I last worked on her I've had my eyes tested and the optician confirmed what I already suspected, that I needed a stronger prescription in my stitching glasses.  This is making stitching on 40 count linen a lot easier!

Your Just Nan piece is so pretty, Karoline and I love that frame! Glad the new eyeglass prescription is helping with your stitching on tiny counts, too! I wonder if our eyes ever stop getting worse as we age?
