Theme-a-licious Update - May Memories

I am pleased to say that I have already achieved my goal for May and I have finished the stitching on Forget Me Nots in Stitches Red Rabbit Smalls.

This will be the scrimshaw holder. I am going away for the weekend with some stitching friends next month and I'm planning on doing the finishing then when I can focus on it. It was just as well that I got this finished as I received the kit for my next class with Lauren in September, I'm taking the Glastonbury Garden Pocket. I have started but I'm deep in doing the preparatory basting so no pictures yet. My plan for the rest of May is to work on Glastonbury Garden and Eileen Bennett's Juda Hale in Miniature as that it oldest class project (from back in 2004!).

I have also managed to finish the stitching on Just Nan's 20 Flowers and again I'm planning on doing the finishing next month.

I did manage to squeeze in a little finishing time and have completed the Mini Bellpull by the The Drawn Thread from the 1999 Just Cross Stitch Ornament Edition. The stitching was finished back in 2006 so was long over due finishing.

I like your new start but my favourite is still your twenty flowers. You've got lots of work on - all lovely designs.

Wow, that's a long time to remain unfinished. And I thought my mom was bad with a couple of ornies I made for her several years ago not being finished!! Grats on meeting your goal, and on the finished finish, and on the not finished finish. Can't wait to see it all done! And I love those shades of purple. Beautiful!!

Wow, you have had a really productive month!!! I'm very jealous of your classes with Lauren...have a great time at the next one! Twenty Flowers is just beautiful as well.
