Buttons and Blooms for the Cure

I pulled this Blackbird Designs kit from Elegant Stitch out of my stash as my small project for April and managed to get it 'finished' last week while Rosie had a long nap :)

If you haven't been already I recommend a visit over to Blackbird Designs blog, Barb and Alma have me drooling every time they post and they are running a competition over there at the moment.

Yours is lovely Karoline, I have had this stitched since last year but have lost it somewhere...I shall have to dig it out and get it made up, glad to have seen this as a reminder :)

Now as to your finish: it's utterly lovely. The thing with the background fabric is pretty and very cleverly done. Love it!
