Roses

It's been a bit grey here over the last couple of days but last week we had some sunshine (a rare event this summer!) and my roses decided to put on a second flush.

The pink rose is William Morris, the other two were in the garden when we moved in so I don't know the varieties

The one and only thing I miss about my old home is the roses. Apparently, roses don't grow that well in forests. But thanks for giving us a peek at yours, they're beautiful!

lovely roses. Very odd, my William Morris is a different (more dusky) shade of pink - and I live in Pudsey, so not a million miles away at all. Hmm, wonder why...

Karoline, where I could find a William Morris rose ? Is it an old english rose ? Is it a rose from David Austin catalog ?
