Moving on

Having said last week that I was going to work on Dorothy until I'd finished the first section, instead I've decided to put her down and move on to the next project in my rotation.  I've done a couple of weeks on Dorothy and last week was not a good one for stitching time for a variety of reasons and I'm in need of a change of project (this is why I'm hopeless as a one at a time-er).

Just been catching up with blog posts - you've got some gorgeous projects on the go!
It's a beautiful sampler, I look forward to seeing your progress. I can't stay with one design, I'm the same with knitting too.

No point in struggling. What's next?

I do better as a one-at-a-timer. lol! Your Dorothy looks great so far.

You should enjoy your stitching. Sometimes you just need to put down one project and go back to it later :)

Such pretty progress on this one, Karoline! I am a one-at-a-time stitcher--just get too jumbled up working on multiple projects :)

Looking great, but sometimes you just have to walk away from a project!

If you're not feeling the love for Dorothy at the moment you've done the right thing putting her to one side for now. I have gradually moved from being a one project at a time stitcher to juggling a little more.

You just should stitch on a project that makes you feel good and which you are having fun with. So, changing projects is a good thing. I do it all the time, lol.
