We had a lovely day out yesterday. Rosie took her daddy to the Railway museum and as she was quite adamant that Mummy and Christopher were not to come we took the opportunity to visit the Quilt Museum.

There is no photography inside the Museum so I shall just leave you with some pictures from the gorgeous garden that was restored by the York Conservation Trust.

Aw, that's so cute -- a daddy and his girl day out. Nice that you and Christopher had a day to yourselves at the quilt museum. Nice!

I think I would have preferred to go to the quilt museum, too, but I do like the Railway Museum in York, I've been a couple of times myself, and my dad took E. when we visited England last time, which allowed my mum & I to engage in some retail therapy of our own. :)
